2. Products & Services

  • All product descriptions, images, and specifications are for reference only. Actual products may vary slightly due to materials, manufacturing processes, or customization.

  • Custom-made furniture is designed and manufactured based on the client’s approved specifications and cannot be altered once production has started.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in INR and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed price.

  • Full or partial payment (as per agreement) must be made before production begins.

4. Orders & Lead Time

  • Orders are processed only after receipt of advance payment and confirmation of design specifications.

  • Lead time for delivery depends on the size, design, and customization of the order.

5. Cancellation & Returns

  • Once an order is confirmed, no cancellations or returns are allowed, as our products are made-to-order.

  • In case of manufacturing defects, we will review and address the issue as per our warranty and service policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order.

  • Any delays caused by transport, strikes, or natural circumstances are beyond our control.

  • Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated in advance.

7. Warranty & Maintenance

  • Products come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

  • Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, mishandling, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, and content on our website and catalogs are the property of M-Tec Enterprises and cannot be used without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi.
